2 Proven & Tested Ninja Ways To Sell More Kindle Books

We do lots of testing on the Kindle and also have relationships with numerous authors who share some of their data with us so the few tips I am going to share below are not "guesses" or assumptions being made, but 100% proven to increase Kindle book sales.

1. Look Inside This Book - Use This Feature!
When you publish your book on the Kindle, within one week people will be able to look inside your book on Amazon. It will show around 10% of your book and the ninja tip that has increased sales is this...

Create an "About The Author" page and put it in the FRONT of the book, definitely before the 1st chapter. On this page, you should have links to your blog and social media, testimonials, and also anything that might help convince people to buy your book.

Many people are using the "Look Inside This Book" to check you out and decide whether to buy your book or not. Sadly, MOST authors are not taking advantage of this huge opportunity.

POWER TIP: We have had some recent success with also putting an optin form link on that page. It's a special URL so I know 100% that it works because we're getting tons of optins from that page.

2. Create a Print version of your book.
We've tested this for well over a year now and every single time there is a print version of your book available, it's increased Kindle sales by over 25%...every time!

It's quick and easy creating a Print version and very low cost when you use Createspace.

Hope that helps

Great tips. May I ask how you are printing the books? Do you think a CD version from Kunaki might also be helpful?

Wow great idea! I put my author info at the end of every book I write, but I never thought about putting it at the beginning to take advantage of the preview thing...awesome!

Extremely good tips. I'm not doing any Kindle publishing yet but once I've got some time I'm going to get on it.

Solid tips! I was pondering how best to capitalise on the 'look inside' feature and you've got the answer.

Both great tips! Too many people leave money on the table by not doing CreateSpace. Adding audio is a great way to triple your profits...and not much extra work is needed.

This is a perfect example of how to use forums to market yourself; it's a post that is massively helpful on it's own, rather than a "hey the link in my sig will help you" type post. I have no need of your services at present, but you have created good will, and if I did need you, I'd have no problem clicking your link; you earned it.

Earlier I saw a post in a thread about what kind of Fiverr gigs are the best value, basically saying "buy my gig", and nothing more; so in the same day, we have both the wrong, and the right way to get clicks on your forum sig.
