Hello, Hope this is the place for this? All would agree the money is in the list correct. From your list you can almost be able to figure out how much you can make from a email blast, watching stats. All very powerful cool stuff right.
I thought that to until this weekend. I think that ever warrior I bought something from were out in full force with there mailing lists. I was getting the same promo from the same people 1 to 2 times and up to 3 times in a day. If it wasnt' a duplicate it was something else. frustrated.
When I allow someone to email me its like giving them permission to come into my home so to say. Funny thing is I don't get email from my girlfriend, brothers and sister more than once a day unless there was a question to be answered. Then why are strangers getting involved 3 times a day?
When is enough is enough?? Well I did get out the unsubscribe button! Well now it just hurt the both of us! I will not receive any updates to the product I purchased from you if there is any, along with any more cool stuff your selling. And you will not get any more sales from me. NO WIN for both of us.
To sum it up email lists are one of the greatest ways to make money. But you should remember your dealing with people not just stats.

    “Fall in love with your list”. What I mean by that is you NEED to take care of your list, these people are your consumers. This is where you make consumers into customers. Put yourself on your list and act like it is from someone else. You wouldn’t want others to sell your personal information and I assure you your consumers don’t either. You want to gain trust.       Yes the money is in the list. People seem to over promote when all you have to do is give value. In return you will have a very successful market.

    Couldn't agree more. Building a list means your building a business, it's the most fundamental aspect of marketing successfully and making money online. Always put them first, keep them happy and offer value!

    When I am on a list where the person sells something all the time, I create a "rule" that sends their e-mail to delete folder. On the other hand, when I get good information from a list, and they don't try sell all the time, I keep them around.

    The beauty is, you learn from both of the above, how to treat your list and how to piss them off. Treat your list how you would like to be treated and it will work out fine.
