At the moment, I'm a full time college student who's working two jobs. One is graphic designing for the university, and the other is my own personal professional event photography business with a few partners.
I came across CPA after being tipped off on "CPA Full Force", the $47 program. A friend of mine had it on his computer, and I read a couple of pages. It looked awesome. I'm pretty much ready to go and purchase my own copy of the program tonight, unless I'm told otherwise.
I honestly have no IM experience whatsoever. The closest I've done was the "free ipod" deals that were alive and kicking years ago, I got plenty of free stuff through referrals, conga lines, etc.
Anyhow, I'm very very keen on getting into the CPA world, yet I really have no idea who to trust, or where to learn. I still see many online programs as a sales pitch, kind of like Amway makes you buy their welcome package in hopes of one day becoming a diamond.
I'm 22, I have a fair working knowledge of keywords, considering I use them often to promote my pages and sell my stock photography. As for IM, I'm clueless, I'm new.
I've seen claims of people making thousands a day. I know it's possible, but I'm honestly not even aiming that high. I just want to see some kind of profit, something, and I know it won't happen overnight.
My fiancee and I are probably going to be getting into this business together in hopes to earn some extra income to pay our outstanding bills. My funds are limited. I'm not only a student, but I'm so far in debt for my camera equipment that you wouldn't imagine. It's a personal detail, but I'm not afraid to admit it.
Can a kind soul point my fiancee and I in the correct direction to get started with this? Good learning resources for new people? Tips from you guys?
I really don't have much to shell out on expensive programs and expensive advertisements, but I'm looking at this opportunity as a little bit of hope to bring the two of us from living painfully to even somewhat comfortably. She's a student as well, and her job just isn't paying enough for us to keep up.
I don't have wild and crazy dreams, no high expectations, but I really just want to see some success, even if it's a little bit.
I appreciate any and all advice you guys give me, and I know that subscribing to this forum will help me get to where I want to be.
