    Yes, but at the same time, I don't want to outsource everything too early. I find the 'automation' process happens when you've already built a solid business yourself.

      of course this is very true. its more about acting like a CEO and less like a technician. you will always be your best employee but when its time you have to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

      also makes it easier to sell.

    Very true! Most entrepreneurs put in the long hours, no meals and little sleep up front to build toward the business that is outsourced and automated. It is the lie that it can be built from the beginning without capital outlay that lands more newbies in trouble.

    Couldn't agree more. I like being in a position where I only have to go into the office once and a while to develop new ideas/products. And that the business can operate whether I'm there or not.
