Try googling "how to remove csrss.exe and winlogon.exe"

That's what I did to remove Text Enhance.

In what application are you seeing that those files are being run by an external source?

have you tried some of the simpler solutions:

malewarebytes, you can install their free version. Its been a while since I've installed it, but as you go through the install process for this and other free software, be sure you uncheck all the sponsored software that it may want to install. There is nothing secret about it, they are in the install procedure. Most people just click next or accept to the additional software, but they are unnecessary. Just install maleware bytes free. then restart your computer, do not open a browser once the computer starts up, run maleware butes scan.
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

there are other ways, but I figure that if you're asking here instead of google, you might not be comfortable playing around with system files. This program can't really hurt your computer easily like some other virus removal techniques may do.

both of those are valid processes of Windows..
I would highly suggest you do some proper research and get a real anti-virus scanner like
Avast and not some dodgy fake one

Enter your computer in safe mode and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove csrss.exe and winlogon.exe, then restart your computer normally.

I suggest you install a good anti virus. I used to get virus all the time with my old anti virus software until I switched to zone alarm. Never had any problem with it.

They're important system files so shouldn't be removed.
