who to buy niche sites from?

Not sure if this is the right section but move this post if it isnt!

i was just wanting to find out from people on this forum who had ordered adsense niche sites on this website and who they were from and what was your experince ? was it worth the money or not?

    I've had clients buy niche adsense sites. Learn from their mistake--it's okay to buy thin content sites with EMDs BUT you need to build up the site with more pages AND you need to make sure the content is more socially engaging. Social mentions are crucial.

    I think it's better to just make them yourself. There are so many softwares out there that will generate content automatically and in ways that Google likes. Better to drop $50 on one of those plugins and then you can just make as many sites as you like.

    As with Adsense though, tread carefully.

    For me I have a checklist:
    At least 6 months old
    Brings in at least 10$ a month
    In an evergreen niche
    Non EMD domain
    Unique content
    Unique backlinks
    PR 2 or higher

    Now, these websites are really hard to find, for flippa and WF has turned into "turnkey" paradise and not actual proven websites.
