Should I Work with my .info?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a .info with super competitive key words in a niche area I want to work. I would really like to explode the site.

Is it possible to make a .info take off and get high rankings? Or should I get a .com even though it would be very hard to find something with the words I want or similar ones.

Yup... .info can still achieve high rankings...

Others down the chain might not have the same power, but .info still has enough to make it strong

  several directories will not accept .info websites. I don't know why? :confused:
  So you will have some disadvantages with your link building

  I also have a .info in a competitive niche.
  I rank #3 out of 72 million results and get over 250 uniques a day to her.
  As for back linking, below is a screenshot from yahoo explorer.

I can never get a straight answer on this question either! Some say .info is ok, others say forget it and get a .com ...

Maybe instead of keyword.info you can get somthing like best-keyword-tips.com or something?

Get a .com. Keywords in the domain are pretty much a non-issue. Sure, you might be able to rank with the .info, but your CTR will suffer.
