Forum PM is also reciving spams

Till now, we all are worried about the spam email we are getting everyday from different email marketers. You are getting advertisement email from some company which you never subscribed for.

Now the same thing is happening at forums too. Spammer are sending one to one PM containing their webpage link or squeeze page link to increase the sale. I am suffering with it. What is your experience?

    When you see that happen, click the little red triangle in the upper left hand of the PM, and you could contribute to helping shut down the PM spammers here in the forum.

    Though i haven't experience it, However, i believe the admin is seen your post and will definitely find a means of dealing with such cases.

    Try contacting admin, to ban the user that's spamming you. He should be able to ban the spammer from IP.

      IF you are referring to PM's on THIS forum - use the exact method TPW gives to report the PM spam to moderators.

      Don't know what you do on other forums - but you don't contact admin here as there is a system in place as TPW said.
