Been online marketing for a 1yr now, havent made the kind of money I should be making. I have 23 websites on different niches and to be honest my traffic sucks. only one of my sites average 200+ visitors a month and that an eCommerce site that talks about equipment.

I have several list, non over 50 leads. I suck at life lol pretty much.

Any Suggestion as you what I need to do to be successful.

Take the trash out... Sell the lowest selling ones and focus on ur winners. Expand again only when its time to. Expanding to quickly spreads yourself to thin

My advice - Until you're a "pro" at IM, I wouldn't be managing 23 different sites. Focus on one, focus all of your time there, learn all you can, and make that successful... then scale it. It seems like you got a little trigger happy there, lol. This is the method that I have applied to my IM efforts. I got into it through making lead generation websites, I started with one... Had a ton of success with that one site and basically funded the next 5 I made. Hope that helps man!

    Best,

    Josh

  • Sell your websites which are low performing..

Keep your winners. Scale it. Then once you see results, duplicate your winning formula.

I'm just starting up and got really good results with my first website but still scaling up with it until I can reach my goal for this particular website. After that, create additional websites and apply what I learned from the first one.

Definitely narrow your focus and keep your eye on 2 things. 1) Getting more traffic in (2) Converting visitors into subscribers.

Good luck, and I didn't do to well my first year either, but when I look back at it, I didn't have the things in place like a clear message and a great sales funnel. It's easy to know what you did wrong once you finally get it right. I hope you find that cog in your wheel!

I don't think there's a quick answer to this, and don't necessarily agree with the responses you've had to sell your crap sites and focus on the good ones. It sounds to me like they are all doing pretty poorly.

Ok, first things first. What's your business model? Affiliate marketing? Adsense? A product?

If Adsense, what sort of niche are you focusing on and is your content relevant? Next, what are you doing to increase your rankings in search engines to increase your traffic? What kind of budget do you have for SEO? If none, what kind of SEO efforts are you putting in?

    Need more info, basically.

Big deal.....So you have 23 websites on different niches. If you are not getting any traffic or very little, it won't mean anything to you.

You need to pick one site and one niche and then learn how to drive traffic to it first. You need to write articles, do videos, and do some SEO on it so that if at one point it is getting you enough traffic and sales, then you can do the same to your other sites.

You can also do paid ads if you want.

Persevere, never give up, take massive action, seek massive success, aim high with your goals, monetize your passions, and evolve your strategy. Those are my tips to you.

sounds like you need to stop building sites, pick one and focus on driving traffic and optimizing it's performance. You can't just keep building sites and expect the to make money on their own at first.

Focusing on building one site at a time, really focus on sending traffic to your best site, and don't even think about your other sites until you have one that is profitable.

I agree with JoshinAustin. Focus on one niche.

Look at it like this: What if ALL the traffic you're getting right now was on your best site? Do you think you'd be getting the results you wanted?

Or look at it another way. If you take all the time, effort, and resources you have available to you and divide it by 23, how much of any of what you have are you committing to any of them?

The website is giving you higher earning, stick with that, get more knowledge about that niche/subject, explore more, it would be good idea to earn more.

I was following the ad-sense model. Where you build sites made for ad-sense. Keyword targeted sites etc. Training stated if you want to make x amount of dollars then you need x amount of websites. I've made some money from this 43$ eactly in ad-sense but its been a 1yr change needs to happen today.

Where can i sell my webites?
