I want to earn money from doing my work such as : uploading video, ebooks, posting articles, upload images, set up wordpress, website, design ...

I don't know where to post my jobs so everyone can see and hire me to do.

Why don't you start with "Warriors For Hire" section here? It will be a good starting point before elance or odesk.
