Is there still money to be made with youtube exclusively?

Is it still possible to use youtube to make money these days? I'm not talking about using youtube for traffic but using ONLY youtube with CPA offers, clickbank etc.. Purely using youtube alone..

If so, what are the best things to promote on youtube?

    Yes, there are plenty of ways you can make money directly from YouTube...

    Whether you post review videos, slideshow/powerpoint style videos, commercial style videos, etc. to promote products across virtually ANY niche, you can make direct sales or acquire leads right from YouTube.

    Since YouTube videos have a great chance of ranking on Google (they're owned by Google), you can rank videos in many niches and therefore you don't have to limit yourself to targeting any specific niche.

    CPA is always great because you don't have to rely on people BUYING something in order for you to make money.

    Yeah with YouTube the sky is the limit. The fact that videos are such a quick and easy way to rank it amazing. I am using a little offline thing where I pick the businesses in advance and rank for the search people would use to search for them. Then I go in with proof so TouTube is awesome. If you ad it to some social signal blats then you will rock it. Good luck

    I do YT for a lot of lead generation, but I still make sales with Amazon using YT. I don't directly link YT to a Amazon page, (your acct will get banned if you do) but YTis still beneficial for making a good income

    Youtube can be an excellent way to build you list in any niche. It is far easier to get your videos ranked than new websites. So, you can target dozens of keywords for making videos, get them ranked and then direct the traffic to an optin page. This way you can build large list of subscribers quickly.

    Secondly, you don't even need to try to rank your videos in Google search results. In many cases, if you manage to rank your videos on top of Youtube search, it is sufficient to get a steady stream of viewers to your videos.

      Do you usually embed your url into the video, put it in the description below the video or both? I'm not exactly what is legal on youtube and what isn't.

    Youtube is the 2nd biggest search engine now and is where I get most my traffic. Videos tend to rank easier than a well written article or a new website

      Most people on youtube are browsers, so the best way to gain from it is to.
      1. Have adesnse ads on you blog, linked to your youtube ofcourse

      2. Direct to a CPA offer, very profitable method

      3. Direct to an optin form and advertise to them.

    Yes ... yes and YES i currenlty use youtube for my clickbank traffic. and honestly its SET IT AND FORGET IT. traffic. I am still getting sales for videos i made in august 2012. Its like i am guaranteed a clickbank check every two weeks. youtube is the best!

    I make good adsense from YouTube, but my videos give good value, have been there for years and have gotten thousands of views.
    That's the best way really.
    All this recent stuff about mass profits from YouTube is total nonsense.
    Invariably they involve manipulating the rankings in some form which is a short term strategy to oblivion.

    There are many ways to do it. You can create 30 videos per day and upload them into Youtube with you affiliate link at the bottom. Or you can contact the owner of a channel and ask him/he how much he or she charges per month for links in the channel. You can even make him/her an offer to buy his/her channel altogether.

      A few thoughts to consider:

      1) Can you for example put your direct link to a WSO under your video, an Aff. warrior plus link of course... Is that possible?

      2) Can you provide direct clickbank add links under your video?

      It goes without saying to mask the links and make them pretty

      3) What is the best tool to make awesome videos?
