That is pretty hard to do using free methods even sitting at the computer all day, is the offer worth signing up for?

Ask yourself that truthfully?

You would also need a viral strategy to create more and more interest from everyone that signs up.

Make a fantastic website that everybody loves so much that they want to join up. There really is no substitute for that. So spend your 16 hours days doing that, and the list will come in time.

Provide value. Get that value to people for free, and you'll get subscribers. It's a value trade. It's how the world goes round.

Everyone gives everyone else value for things that they want. Thanks to the internet we can deploy massively duplicable and scalable value. Focus on that and you can do almost anything.

I dont think that exists. If you want 100-500 leads per day, be prepared to invest in some heavy advertising, and make sure your squeeze page converts well.

Sure it can happen for no cost. Some ideas that come to mind include a great guest post on a top notch blog (ie problogger.com, seomoz, 4hourworkweek.com. Also an adswap from a top notch JV or even media promotion from other blogs.

Of course, you will have to invest significant effort into developing these relationships or writing that quality post.

I think there is nothing called free..
Any thing that cost nothing will probably cost time, which is the most valuable asset we have. To have 500 subscribers each day is pretty tough in short period. Since you are willing to work 15 hrs each day, I suggest you offer your time/ services to other marketers' need/job.. Make some money and invest them in paid leads.. Probably you can get 500 subscribers.. Free leads are pretty tough these days..

Perhaps make an interesting video? If it gets popular, then you can probably get a ton of leads. But they might be bad leads that go nowhere. A website with a great offer might work too, but then you have to generate the traffic.

Be careful what you wish for 10-20 quality targeted leads is going to work much better and convert much higher than 100-200. Using free methods like Forums, Blog posts in your nich etc... is going to provide more consistent targeted leads.

There is no one method that you should focus on. It should be a few. You can write articles on a consistent basis. Upload videos to YouTube. Post in forum but never spam.

That goal is way too high in my view if you are going to use free advertising. You can use all sorts of paid techniques to get close to the 100. PPC, solo ads, banner ads, text ads on high traffic websites.

I think you can create a squeeze page on your website and then you can use social media, forum, blog and other free marketing ways to make traffic for your website. Please pay attention to marketing to the right niches, so it is easy to convert from your squeeze page.

I believe for 500 leads a day from free methods is gonna take some serious consistent action. A press release pointing to your squeeze page is a start.

Publishing articles on your website/blog and capturing leads there -- then posting those said articles on a few of the top directories

Posting on forums and having your signature in place

Guest posting can get you a lot of leads. Find popular blogs in your niche and submit high quality guest posts to them. This is a great way to get traffic fast, and you will be able to build authority and credibility if you provide valuable information to the blog. Make sure you are giving away a valuable gift on your squeeze page. Many people do not offer gifts that make people want to opt-in. This is just as important as getting the initial traffic.

Honestly, I can't say whether it is possible to 500 leads a day - even working that many hours, BUT if you have a great FREE offer in your signature link and try some forum marketing you can get targeted traffic, which would be even better...

Go to : Message Boards and Forum Directory

to find forums in your specific niche and then engage in subjects that you can give helpful information and people will click your link to go to your squeeze page to get your free stuff!

The easiest/not so easiest way to generate that amount of leads using free methods is SEO, and being ranked #1-3 on Google. But realize that takes a lot of time and patience, it's not guaranteed, and you have to target high-traffic keywords.

I suggest you start with building relationships on as many social networking sites as possible and post great content to get respect and clicks.

Like khooster1 said, anything that's free will cost your time. Furthermore, the only reason these sites are FREE is because advertisers pay for ads to keep them running.

Bottom line, start with free sources then graduate to paid advertising ASAP. All the top marketers use paid ads because the results are IMMEDIATE! Work your way up to that....good luck

1st off yes you can get to 500 leads a day and you "could" hit that level in 30 days or even less. You will have to be prepared to work like a mad man with no days off but you can do it.

Here's how:

1. you will need to produce a minimum of 10 you tube videos per day getting only 10 views each per day average.

2. You will need to get maybe 20 channels and spread these out over them so if you loose a channel it wont cost you but 1/20th of your inventory.

3. Use Snagit they have a 30 day free trial. If you don't have a good mic you can get a Samson go mic from Amazon for about $40 if you want to go up a little get the Yeti by blue for about $95 or so. The go mic is plenty good enough for voice recordings. But either way get a pop filter or make one from a pair of your girlfriends/wifes old nylons/panty hose. Trust me on getting or making the pop filter.

4. Record videos about tips in YOUR NICHE that you're list building in. Be sure to give insane value. You can Google your niche + tips or tricks or ideas etc.. and for most big niches come up with hundreds of tips type video ideas. Just use powerpoint and screen capture them with your voice over.

Make each video about a minute and give insane value for free.

TELL THEM to click the grayed link below the video, make arrows pointing to it etc... Also after you're done talking let the video run 10 seconds so the other suggested videos don't pop up before they click your link.

5. Make your offer unreal over deliver and irresistible.

MATH: 10 vids per day = 300 at months end. Each vid gets 10 views (total 3,000 views) with 2.5 people average clicking to your offer per day from each video = 750 people to your offer per day X 75% opt in rate = 562 new subscribers per day.

75% opt in with this method is actually kind of conservative.

Ok, that's it, it's past midnight here and I need sleep.

But long story short, yes you can do it!

Please understand, it's not You Tube that will ban you. I have MANY channels.

Other marketers come and beat up your channel until it get's pulled or until there are so many down votes and negative comments that your channel is basically dead.

I have NEVER had You Tube ban a channel for any other reason other than that. And the other marketers bashing scenario has only happened twice.

So, you can go back to liking this strategy because it's not "one of those" strategies at all.

If you make quality videos that give the user real value You Tube likes you just fine.
