Driving Traffic To Health/Weight Loss/Beauty Offers

Hello house,

What in your opinion is the best way to drive traffic to weight loss and Health/beauty offers? SEO takes some time and lots of work, PPV traffic may convert poorly except the actual product domains are targetted, PPC (adwords and bing) is highly saturated...targetting the same generic keywords would bring in much less conversions while long tail keywords, mispellings and actual product keywords would certainly result in very low traffic volume. I have tried all above and this is just a summary of my experience. Maybe some others are doing it better though.
Does article marketing work for this niche? Are you getting immediate results from article writing and submission? Do you do video marketing? What about banner advertising/media buys? Are you recording success with banner traffic? I would like to try out banner advertising once again for this niche but I'm a bit sceptical because of my past experience driving banner traffic to auto insurance offers which never converted well.

Hi Emmer,

SEO doesnt work well for me too. Like you said, it takes way too long to see any decent results. I've tried article marketing but have seen limited success with those, especially these days. I've only ever gotten 1 single sale from submitting over 20 articles to various directories for one of my niche sites.

I think media buys are the way to go for paid traffic!

I would advice you to go for youtube traffic tactic, at first all you need to do some quality and lengthy videos either with the uses of camtasia or you outsurce and optimize the video for the keywords you are targeting, if you can do this for short period of time, i believe you will be able to get lots of free traffic from youtube and search engine as well.

Guest blogging will work well. You need high quality content to achieve maximum results. Get quality articles written, and submit them to popular blogs in your niche. Add a link to your website in your guest posts, and you will be able to get targeted traffic. There are different ways to monetize the traffic, but doing email marketing seems to work best. Build a squeeze page to get the leads, give them free valuable information, and promote targeted products to them.
