Need Advice On Brokering Services On-line

Does anyone have experience brokering services on-line?

I started doing business cards, logos and websites for local offline business's a few months back. I outsourced the cards and logos and done the websites myself with the option to outsource that too.

I am now nearly finished setting up a website for these services to target people online instead.

what process do you use for brokering? Do you set up a website and advertise?

what way do you advertise/ get customers?

I was thinking of doing PPC as the results are fast but I have no experience with this.

    SEO and Banner advertising using Fiverr gigs is awesome. You just need to do a little bit of research into the gigs and you are done. Of course, there are many experts at Elance, Odesk and Frelancer, but Fiverr is for those who do not have a lot of time to spend in outsourcing tasks.
