JangoMail Crash?

Does anyone else have problems with JangoMail?

I am finding their system crashes and freezes a lot.

I even had it sending out emails to customers that had already been sent out over a year ago! Ever since they made changes to modernize their site I have found it's full of problems.

I am now running a test account with iContact - it's a shame as I've used Jango for about 7 years but it is now so buggy it has cost a lot of money in missed sales.

    JangoMail customer support is happy to help with support matters. We don't usually address them in forums like this, but would like to clarify the issue we had here. This issue was the result of adding new addresses to a list that was tied to an automated email, which was apparently set up much earlier in time. We closed this issue when we didn't receive a further response to it. We are here to work with any customer who is having difficulty and have reached out to this customer.
