Hey guys,
I'm looking for someone who is an expert at DMCA's and legal aspects of online business when it comes to intellectual property theft.

Anyone here knowledgeable on the topic of DMCA stuff?

    This is news to me! I didn't even know that you NEEDED a dmca expert. Is there a good resource for this for finding out more? I recently had my site's theme hijacked by a competitor.

    You don't really need to be an expert at DMCA. They are simple to file. I send them out to all the file sharing sites routinely that have my stuff being shared on them ...with success. They take it down.

    I've sent hundreds, personally, and they do work.. and are important to use. It gets easier over time because after sending some to all the major places that host shared files, I re-use old ones, just substituting new links/dates in each one from my archived emails. I still need to try that software program, for it, haven't gotten around to it yet though.
