Clickbank Affiliate Hoplink Generator... Where Can I Get One?!

Quick question here for anyone with insight...
I'm looking into creating a re-vamped affiliate resources page for a Clickbank product and I want to be able to add a custom affiliate hoplink generator like the one here:
Generate Links | Text Your Ex Back Affiliate Center
However, I don't know where to get the script, plugin, or whatever it is that does it... With that said, HOW do I add this kind of feature to a page?
We should be able to set up something very similar to or exactly like the one in the page above because just like that site, we're using Optimizepress.
Anyways, any insight into how to set up a Clickbank affiliate link generator like the one in the above link is greatly appreciated.
