Editing an aweber form in pre-built squeeze page.

I have a pre-built squeeze page and all I'm trying to do is change the existing form to the javascript coded provided by Aweber.
After 30 minutes of struggling with it I decided its probably best to come and ask someone here as its probably about a 30 second job. haha
