Huge Isnare Article Backlog - Anybody Else?
My team has been using Isnare Platinum service for over a year now and we have had rather good results with it.
However in the last few months, they approval of articles have slowed down alot.
As yet we have a backlog of 322 articles yet to be approved from as far back as Nov 2008.
Was wondering whether anybody else is having the same problems.
