What Strategy To Use For My Websites?!?

Hi all,

I have two websites that I'm launching soon, both dedicated to the money making niche. One site will be solely information products (which I have written), and the other will be a membership site on little known ways to make money (which I've been writing and currently have one years worth of content). I've been thinking how to launch them correctly. Like I said, I have content for both already ready.

Should my main focus be on the products only site and on the back end on the download page, thank you page, offer a special deal to join the membership site?

I've been thinking of doing a jv deal as well. The jv deal may only be on the products only site I have, but I'm thinking now should I have it on both.

On other posts, I've read that I should build my list first before offering anything. On other post, they said have the website/blog functional the n worry about list building.

Not really sure what to do at this point.

Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.

You say you have a years worth of content. When I read that, i see it as you have been doing IM for a year. You should have some sort of list established. You should have relationships in some sort of social network. Which is a great source of traffic to launch to.

I am doing the same thing. I have an informational product in which I an giving away for free with my squeeze page. Then on my thank you page I have a (to the public) mini 3 page site about my membership. Home - what the membership is about, Benefits - the benefits of joining, The Tour - a tour of the membership.

I will be launching my free product as you would with any squeeze page. Then will be releasing the membership it self to the relationships I already established.

When I said a year's worth, I meant I physically wrote one (1) years worth of content for my membership site so I don't have to scramble month to month coming up with content.

I'm actually new on the IM scene.

      Thanks for the advice though.

So your plan is to attract people who want to make money online?

you also plan (as someone who has never done it) to set it and forget it by drip feeding it to people who are going to try your ways to make money when you have never done it?

On my one site, my plan is to write about money making opportunities that others have tried and I have tried as well. I don't intend to put out information that I haven't tried, or done myself on my first site.

On my membership site. it will be sort of like case studies of how other people make, have made money. Reviews, interviews, articles, etc.

Do some advertising. You'll see results fast from there. Try Adwords, solo ads, blog advertising and ezine advertising. And back it up with a simple free marketing regimen.

You should focus on promoting your offers or websites on your own.

Then also add an "Join My Affiliate Program" link at the bottom of your sales page. Also add that to your back office after someone buys from you. You can recruit your customers to become your affiliates.

Buy some products that do this and see how they are mastering it.
