I am having problems getting problem responses from Ezine

I am new to using ezine. I have recently submitted 3 articles to ezine and 2 were rejected. It says "Problem: General Error - Please contact us to find out more." I have emailed them using the link but have not heard anything from them how long does this take?

    Nowadays Ezine Articles does not usually respond to emails, simply because they get an absolute ton of submissions daily....they used to do so a few years ago...Recently, my articles were taking a long time to get approved...and no amount of emails would draw a response. Eventually, they did.

    I reckon it must be the thousands they get per day.

    You might want to trouble shoot the problem yourself by editing your article and making sure of a few things...

    1) Don't keyword spam your title
    2) Modify your article tone - too much sales talk is one common reason
    3) Remove any hyperlinks in your article...the author resource box is fine.

    I would just rewrite the articles and submit them. It has happened to me before. I rewrite the articles and they accept it.

    I had that happen to me just a couple of weeks, it ended up being a link that they didn't like in my authors resource box, so I would not rewrite the article to quickly.

    Just keep writing just don't submit them just yet, until you hear back from them, it did take them about two weeks to respond but they did finally respond.
