Difficult to rank a vid on page 1 for these phrases?

How hard might it be to rank a vid for these keyword phrases:

1. Keyword #1 - 217 searches/day - competition = 467,000, title competition = 1240 has a youtube vid at #13 with 24 backlinks, 385k views, 200 likes, keyword not in title

2. Keyword #2 - 178 searches/day - competition = 427,000, title competition = 1250, has a youtube vid with #2 with 24 backlinks and 385k views 200 likes, keyword not in title

3. keyword #3 - 43 searches/day - competition = 12,200, title competition = 818, has a youtube vid at #12 with 2 backlinks and 2,226 views, 10 likes, keyword not in title

4. keyword #4 - 43 searches/day - competition = 10,800, title competition = 39, has youtube vid at #52 with 0 backlinks, 9,953 views, 6 likes, keyword not in title

5. keyword #5 - 43 searches/day - competition = 53,200 title competition = 55, has youtube vid at #62 with 0 backlinks, 9,953 views, 6 likes, keyword not in title


The are all similar phrases that would fall under the same main category. Wondering which one(s) I should target for my vid. Any idea how to determine this? Thanks.

  • If there all the same niche why not make 5 copies and target them all?
    Thats what I do just make the video a bit different and redo it for the next keyword etc

    • Interesting. I didn't know you could do that. I have outsourced the video creation to someone. I typically add about 30 secs after the person has completed the video of their face on camera with a slide with just my call to action link. How do you make the vid unique enough when you have outsourced, say a 60 sec or so vid of someone giving a review? Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

  • its not hard man. unless theres already 2-3 vids ranking.
