Advice needed on Directory set-up & best Wordpress Directory Responsive theme

Hey Team...

I have a really large mobile/desktop directory project to do (10,000+ entries), and I need to select the right theme.

I'd like to build it on Wordpress Responsive.

It needs to
- load fast on mobile
- have good search functions/categories
- give standard and 'Premium' options for listings
- social media links
- maps, click to call, click to email, click to their website
- description
- opening times
- images and ideally video options per listing
- self listing by the business, to only be added to live site once approved
- options for free, one time and recurring payments

(I haven't done this before, so if I've missed any vital points, please let me know!)

Does anyone have experience in building a large WP online/mobile directory?

What themes have you tested and would you recommend?

Any examples I could see?
