Script for Managing Writers like iWriter Similar

I've run into the issue of time and project management and I'm letting my writers down with poor time management because I haven't got the tools to do project management and task assignment.

I wish to find a script that allows me to add tasks, then the registered users can claim a task and complete it.

It seems there's so many scripts out there, yet all that I have found seem to lack this vital task assignment feature where it is assigned to category, and claimed by someone assigned to that category.

All is help is muchly appreciated warriors, this is a big step for my websites, and will wholly make things much more quicker, manageable and I can stop letting down my writers so much.

      From my experience answers like this usually end up in PM asking me to PayPal you the money and you'll send me a script.

      Why not link to it?

        While I don't personally know Napoleon, I know he's been on the forum for a long time, and I know he uses iWriter extensively. I would probably just pm him and find out :-)

          Brad I use your service too but I struggle to use it for a certain project of mine.

          I'm looking for a personal script like how iWriter works but there's an admin who dishes out the titles and authors who claim and write them.

          Not a competing site but a site with similar features but for use on a personal level to engage with writers quickly and effectively, and to get the articles written quickly and effectively.

    Hey, I'm sorry, I wish I knew of such a thing. We developed ours from scratch based on what was in my head. I don't think a script exists that will do that. Good luck though!

        Write Aid DOES let your writers log into their own account and claim tasks/articles you have added. Is there something else that you are looking for?

        The system was designed to try to be as flexible as possible. For example, you could easily just include your selected Article Title in the Topic or Description fields for your writers to use. They can then log into their own accounts, claim any available article they want to write about - or articles you've assigned directly to them - and write and submit them for your approval.

    Haven't used the platform in years, but Helium.com was one of the first sites I ever wrote on. Obviously, you are looking to manage 'headlines -titles' with descriptions of the work ( writing tasks) outlined to simplify the process for all parties...

    So, I don't know "who" or even "how" you would contact someone over at Helium, but perhaps a little digging could lead you to the script they use, and enable you to hire someone to 'modify' it. (or create it) here in the Warriors for Hire or on popular programmer forums.

    Just a thought.
