Blogger Defamation Lawsuit Award
My name is Rich Wilens and I have been a witness to a blogger defame a fellow internet marketer with false and malicious lies. This blogger was taken to court and lost her case. This is a lesson for everyone....
This about E. Brian Rose and how he was harassed to the point of having to file a civil lawsuit. Here is a short synopsis.......
I spent the past year watching and working with EBR to defend himself from the malicious hatred that spewed from this persons comments and the harassment from her.
EBR tried more than five times to communicate with her to stop. She did not.
EBR told her..."All you have to do is to take the offending post down and it's over."
She told him basically to go **** Yourself. She had the chance to resolve this and move on but she choose not to.
By following the rules of the court, EBR in Pro Se: (representing himself) performed to the standards expected of him from the court and was held to standard of an attorney. He was meticulous with his legal pleadings and deserved this award.
EBR presented overwhelming evidence and proved his damages. His testimony was pure "Honesty" with the court. His exhibits proved his case. Nothing was embelished. Because of this , EBR prevailed.
I was in the courtroom today and witnessed this case first hand. For the past year, I have been privy to all communication from her and EBR.
Nothing more has to be said. This is over. The message is clear. Be careful what you write because it can someday bite you in the ass.
