Using somebody elses trademark without permission will get you
into trouble eventually. Exactly when that happens is anybodies
guess... could be days, could be years.

It's your call if you want to risk it.

I've had a couple of interesting emails over the years from pretty
prominent companies. The best one was from 'Playboy' about 10
years ago. Also had an email from Ask.com attorney about a site
I'd set up ages ago and pretty much forgot about. They seemed
to think that the way I had designed 'Ask' in my sites logo was too
    similar and confusing to people.

    Hope that helps.

    Steve

If you own the main domain ( www.yourdomain.com) then its alright, you can make as mush as you like ,

but is it another company's domain and you are creating a subdomain according to it, This way you'll become a third party Person who violate their laws an you can risk yourself seriously!

If the company belongs to you then it will be fine...else you need to check with the company and explain why you need to use their company on the sub domain

Much will depend on what a visitor sees when they click such a link, and on what 'domainname' is.

Unfortunately, the only really definitive answer will come from the company's legal team.

If you own the domain already, you can make it anything you would like.

If you are going to use it for something legit and unrelated to the brand (i.e. Rotary Club of Antwerp) you shouldn't have any trouble whatsoever and if you do you can fight it, however, if you use it to inflict the trademark in anyway, then trouble should be guaranteed.

It is your domain. But if the name is a trademark then I wouldn't advise it.

I see it as a very blackhat thing to do, if it is to trick people.

    It depends...
