SEO...I've done SEO for 15 years but now nothing I do seems to work. Google has really seemed to change the game completely. I'm switching to all paid methods of traffic now.

My biggest frustration is this darn weather... it's 5 degrees F here! (that's
like -104 for all you Celsius folks.)

Biggest IM challenge is putting the leg work into those backburner projects
that would probably pay-off, but need a lot of effort to get running.

My biggest challenge in any niche is driving traffic
    to a site!
I'm sure that majority of people will agree with me
that driving targeted traffic to a site is one of
the biggest challenges they might have!

From all the people I speak to it seems to be finding a way to make some money right now. I have a lot of people asking me, "how do we get a few bucks into our paypal accounts over the next few days?" It doesn't have to be much but a quick way to make a few bucks seems to be the hardest thing to find. Everything is about "putting in the hard yards" and "laying a good foundation" and (the most hated of all) "take some action and eventually things will happen". No one seems to have a way to make a just a few bucks today, tomorrow or by the weekend. Not everyone wants to become a millionaire or I've met no one who expects to become a millionaire overnight but there must be a way to make just a few bucks to tie them over.

Everything seems to be medium to long term which is fair enough but the internet being so diverse and gigantic you'd think there'd be some way to make a few bucks quickly without the need to build a massive list, pump them full of affiliate links until they hate you, wait for months for the traffic to start dribbling in or building yourself a massive reputation.

Driving traffic to my site is always driving me crazy. Wonder how to get them to work this year...so that's my biggest challenge since before.
