Please some help on valuing a domain

I made a website about a year ago to explore the idea of making some money on the internet. After about a couple months I lost interest and its just been sitting ever since. I checked my google adsense account just recently and seen it has accumulated some money.

As I don't really have the time or the interest to invest in maintaining the website, I was thinking of selling the domain name instead to someone who can use their expertise and develop and monetize it properly.

So I have two questions. Would someone kindly give me a rough idea of how much the domain is worth? And secondly, how would I go about selling it?

the site is dell xps 13. com

According to SEOcentro. com it ranks 10 in google, 12 in yahoo, and 9 in bing.

And the search term dell xps 13 in adWords has 165,000 global monthly searches. and 49,500 exact matches

    It's a trademark domain. Many people will not want it. You can't use it for Amazon.com marketing. You can't list it on Flippa. A buyer would be taking the risk of getting it taken away from them by Dell, who owns the trademark.

      Is there any way to get around that by stating the proper trademarks and such are no your own...I mean it is a .org

    No. It is a Dell trademark and cannot be used in the domain.

    That doesn't mean anyone using it would automatuically be shut down or sued, many trademarked domains live on.

    But the risk would always be there and that will discourage buyers.

    It also invalidates the domain, as sbucciarel said, for uses like Amazon and AdSense as well as not being sellable on market places like Flippa that do not allow listing trademarked domains.

      Yeah, normally you could expect to sell it for around 10 times the monthly earnings...but as others have already said, it's a trademark domain so you'll be lucky to sell it at all.
