You here so many times that 'Failing to plan is planning to fail!'. I should know I have tried things before and got no where as there was no solid plan in place.

Hence why I am looking for some advice and help in laying down a simple yet effective business plan that I can use as a frame work for developing my publishing business.

Any ideas are welcome and will be considered.

To give you an insight I will be doing most of my marketing through targeted joint ventures(JV from now on). These will provide both a commission and a content package to the person that I JV with.

Please help?
