Anyone else Get Ripped Off by SafePay Solutions?

SafePay Solutions is probably one of the worst payment processors out there. They still owe me a couple thousand dollars and they don't answer any of my support tickets. I think they went belly up. Anyone else have issues with them in the past. I now use only one payment processor, and am very happy with it.

Luckily I am doing very well in my business right now, where I can afford to never receive my money from them. However, I pitty the people that are having the same issue with SafePay where they aren't doing as well. It would be a shame to count on money earned that they made a sale from, and then never receive it.

I would love to hear from others having the same issue, and wish them the very best. On a final note just be positive, and you will make the money back if you are a committed Internet marketer, and are marketing the right business. Remember believe in yourself, and your product, and you will be unstoppable.

    Hi bwturk,

Like you I am having issues with SafePay Solutions as well. They claim when attempting to create a direct deposit that their bank is having issues and it would be corrected in a few days. That was over a month ago. Same message displays today.

They suggest submitting for a check payment which I did over a month ago and it still shows as pending.

I've submitted a number of support tickets that are being ignored. Also phoned them several times and their calls go to an answering service. When they transfer you, you are sent to a voicemail which goes unanswered as well.

It appears SafePay Solutions is NOT too Safe.

Which payment processor are you using now that you like?

      Hi Brian,

Just wanted to update. I received a new phone number for SafePay Solutions and was able to talk to the office manger Tiffany. In case you don't have this number it is...

      (775) 686-2419

Number I called in the past went to an answering service. This one goes straight to the SafePay office I was told. Not sure how much good it will do, but it can't hurt.

I'm seeing a growing number of people in the same boat surfacing around the internet.

For me it's not so much the money as it is the principle.

        Hello All!

It began last year when the downfall of banks, and safepay started taking 3 weeks to pay out, then in my request came in December and 4 weeks later they paid me. I put in a final request in for my next payment in early Feb, figuring it would take 3 weeks to pay me but that time came and went. I put in ticket request all of which were ignored. I put in more and they too were ignored. I complained to the BBB and they even ignored that and all I wanted an answer, you figure if they cared about their company they would reply to that but I guess they have lost faith in their own business. They kept taking orders though, it was not like the were not taking orders anymore they will still take payments, meaning their bank is allowing them to continue business but has no clue they are keeping the money for themselves. I always think they must be having a huge party in their mansion for all the money they have and aren't paying out. Needless to say they have and are keeping 6 grand on me and for no reason. They refuse to answer tickets unless it is a refund request. So you can get their attention when it comes to refund or receive chargeback tickets but they are deliberately not answer any other tickets. So you know there are there but just ignoring you, they know you all want your money but they are not telling you they ain't gonna pay you. I think the only thing I can do is wait 6 months and then demand they pay up. I am no longer sending them orders because I can not afford them to keep money on stuff I send out. It is a shame they were in business for this long but as it goes these online merchant processor normally last 2 years before they go down in corruption. Needless to say, I want my money, will I get my money? I do not know, but once again I have to pay for out of my pocket orders that people make because I believe in that as long as I can afford it. If they keep the money I will eventually move on but for now I have been suffering for a couple months because of it. Too bad my customers don't know how their money went to someone else instead of who it should have gone too.

Here at Rollies.com we believe you should get your order even if companys likes safepaysolutions.com or yowcow.com or mercaway.com or stormpay.com or ccavenue.com (refunded everyone) or paysystems.com (pagotransactions.com stole the $) take your customers money and keep it, we still send out the orders. I don't like it but these companies are the ones that are corrupt ones and when you sell online you will always find these companies don't last long or if they succeed it was off your business. I think safepay will pay me and keep my fingers crossed but if not that is just life. They are the reason for companies like us being late in deliveries or behind in orders. So good luck to you all who are waiting but do not use safepay again as there is no point in letting them have more of your money.

I've been using SafePay Solutions (safepaysolutions.com) since October 2008 and have processed many, many payments through them as a faithful merchant. I requested funds of 1,477.95 in January 2009 to get my money out from their account. After numerous and repetitive pleading on the status of my withdrawal request, I got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE whatsoever. They claim money will be sent 8-12 days via check. Even after waiting 3 months, there is no money to be found anywhere.

No funds were withdrawn and sent to me. I then submitted another inquiry asking help on a customer making a payment to me--a payment/deposit issue. Within 24 hours, I got a response from a person named Maria who gave me some advice. Isn't it funny how they are very quick to respond to support issues related to GETTING MONEY, but will NOT respond to inquiries about WITHDRAWING the money???

Obviously, this company is still actively seeking to get more and more money from their merchants but are not sending the money once they have sucked it from the merchant.

THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY SCAMMING PEOPLE AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I have a large chunk of money that I am wanting to claim and whoever will help me get my money back, I will compensate you well and/or split the profits from whatever you can collect from them.

This company makes it very hard to contact them (what a surprise). Their address is supposedly located in Nevada:
          SafePay Solutions, Inc.
          1 East Liberty St - 6th Floor
          Reno, NV 89504
          Safepay Solutions Inc
          1105 Terminal Way,
          Reno, NV 89502-2158
Safepay's Live Phone Number (they did answer during business hours): 775-686-2419 - Ask for Greg Stewart or David Finn - the office manager's name is Tiffany

Google the company name and you'll get tons of complaints

When I went to contact that company located over there, an offshore rep answered and said it was a government grant company and they never heard of SafePay Solutions.

Obviously, I am extremely frustrated, upset and feel scammed!!! This company is blatantly stealing merchant's money. If you wish to contact me to help me collect, email me at fivestarsw(at)gmail.com.

Safepay Solutions: if you wish to contact me so I can post a response that you did what you said you were going to do, you can also contact me at fivestarsw(at)gmail.com

Wow! I just posted an answer to a guy about this very subject. Wont go into it again...but processing your own credit cards can be a night mare. This sort of thing put me out of biz once, right in the middle of the most awesome success of my life. Good luck!

I'm thinking about deleting that post just because it makes me feel so negative... but it may help someone.
