Are there any reputable solo ads that work?

I have tried a few solo ad services, but it always seems to be a gamble. The leads seem fake, because they really don't respond when I send them stuff from my list. Can anyone share their experiences with me regarding solo ads and let me know who's list is worth the money.

    yes you really have to dig thorugh them to find the good ones though, a lot of people will send bot traffic or some other form of low quality traffic, but there are good ones out there, when you do a solo make sure to test the list, the good ones keep and discard the crap.

    Also it's wise not to make solos your only source of traffic, since it can be a bit of a crap shoot at times.

    Something to keep in mind is a lot of solo ad sellers blast their lists with free offers all the time. So the people who opt in aren't fresh leads with great open rates, they're usually on several other mailing lists and have an inbox full of shinny objects.

    If you're into buying traffic, ppc leads are a better quality. Higher open rates, more likely 'new to IM' since they found you through a search engine vs an email list that pimps them out.

    Some solo ads are excellent while others are complete garbage

    This is why it's important to have a list of solo ads that are proven to send quality traffic

    I am always testing solo ads and i have found some right gems but there have also been many that are popular but are complete garbage

    Solo ads work when the list owner has developed trust and a relationship with their list. Solo ads don't work when the list was created for the sole purpose of selling solo ads and hammering them with various offers every day.

    The more intimate the relationship the list owner has with the list, the more your ad becomes a recommendation as opposed to another sales pitch.

    yea... more importantly, do not just rely on solo to for your traffic! solo can help you to test your sales funnel but to rely on it for consistent traffic is a bad idea..

    check out the reviews of the solo sellers before buying..
