Working til 10am.....

Here's an idea for people that work from home....

Get up early like maybe 6am or 7am, work til 11am or so and then quit for the day. Maybe even just work til only 9am or 10am. (and work smart, hard, and fast so you get a lot done)

Even if you can't justify doing this everyday, then try doing it 2 or 3 days a week. That way you do 2 things. You train yourself to behave like someone who's actually rich and who has time freedom atained; not acting like a working stiff, who's broke and has to always be a workaholic. Remember you got to learn to "act as if".

Plus you get to be productive and you get to enjoy the day doing what you want to and what you love to do.You get to enjoy some sun rather than being couped up in the house all day long.

It's one of the best ways to work that I've heard of in a long time. Motivational speaker named
Darren Jacklin told me that. Because the problem with entrepreneurs is that sometimes they form these big dreams in there mind and then they tend to think that life will start once they get their dreams.

But life doesn't work that way. You got to start to enjoy life now, be happy now, and have fun now with what you got and where you are. Especially while you're still reasonably young and healthy enough to do the things you love. And meanwhile constant and never ending improvement of your financial and work goals.

Anyway that's just my philosophy but it's something to chew on. ha ha

Good advice, something I need to train myself to do better. My schedule is all over the place, but when I am up early around 6am - I notice I get the best results than any point in the day, then around 8pm for the 2nd best time.

Something weird that happens also, whenever I spend a lot of time away from promotions etc, I notice I get the best results. If I spend a week offline, I make a lot more sales, more JV partners, more traffic etc - I wonder why that happens. It's a good thing, but just interesting. I guess when you give people a chance to miss you, they come looking

Sorry, but this is not good advice.

This is not the way to become successful. The most successful people in any field, whether business or the professions or the arts, work diligently and efficiently, but they put in the hours too.

It is only the dilettantes that talk about the life of luxury sipping umbrella drinks. The rest of us are hard at work moving ahead with our plans and accomplishing something with our lives.

Now, are there some who can work only a few hours a day or a week? Yes, but mostly those who came by riches through inheritance or wild luck.

The vast majority of the remainder, including those who have become successful through their own efforts, continue to work and work hard. Not because they have to. Because they want to. It's their joy in life.

The stories about the short days and short weeks are just what sells in the seminars and on the internet. Don't buy it.

But sometimes you gotta do that extra mile to get on top and sometimes we just cant afford to take time off... but all in all I agree we need to live out lives everyday that we can

Always good to think about such things.
But I will never get up that early.

Waaaaayy to early! I got into this business to do what I want, when I want.

I rather prefer waking up between 1 - 2 PM, then working until 5PM. Get food, do what I want for the rest of the evening, check mail around 9-10 PM then enjoy the rest of the night heading to bed around 2 - 3 AM.

Firstly 6am is not that early, and working 5-6 hours a day is not really hard work.
Dan said it perfectly, not much I can add.

Why not wake up at 11 am nice and refreshed, work until 3 and call it a day?
