PPC advertisement is the best paid advertisement to bring traffic to your site, it really worth it , Solo ads are the second best option,

If you're looking for solo ads vendors then there are lot of them scattered around the warrior forum. you just need to find them.

The other ways of free traffic is.

    1.Ezine marketing

    2. Social media ( facebook, twitter, etc)

    3. Youtube, remember that it is the second SE after google so don't think that making videos and promoting them won't bring traffic to our website.

    4. forum posting, The WSO forum, articles, blog posting etc.

and there are many more with a never ending list.

Speaking of PPC, what's the best vendor to use if you want to maximize $50?

Thanks you helping, for the YouTube bit u mentioned, if i created a YouTube video say for weight loss giveaways or IM eBooks giveaway etc. would it even get views at all?I mean who will even know my video ever existed? every other time i post a video on YouTube and search EXACTLY the video title, it still appears like in the 5th or 6th page, so i really need some advise on YouTube SEO too...

Most solo ads are for the IM niche. If you look hard enough, you can find them in other niches too.

However, you absolutely MUST have a strong squeeze page and autoresponder series (your sales funnel) before you send ANY traffic there or else it'll be a waste.

I think solo ads are a great place to get started for...

    1.) list building
2.) Generating instant traffic to your website to make some sales

Even if you are new to internet marketing solo ads are a great place to start if you have a marketing budget.

The kicker with solo ads is you have to be willing to lose money...

You always have to be tracking and tweaking your solo ads to get better results... and in order to have good success with solo ads it would be a good idea to become a student of copy writing... and master it!

it works good if you know what your doing, it would be helpful for you to learn some basic conversion strategies before you start investing in paid traffic.

Once you are confident in your ability to convert sales paid traffic is great.

You should test your squeeze page to solo ads worth around $30 to $50 per 100 clicks if your squeeze page is good in converting subscribers to buyers otherwise you would end up spending for nothing.

Try to create different squeeze pages and and improve it.

Check your offers if it is good to make them subscribe and buy later.

Study also your autoresponder emails well if they are helpful.

Subscribe to your potential solo ads provider if they will really send your email swipe and check if what they emailing is helpful to you or not and check the frequency of their emails.

Check also your process if it really goes to what you are expecting to display and if your OTOs are worth reading or ordering.

I suggest you use autoresponder like aweber or getresponse.

    Regards,

    Ross

thanks for the advise, i have an autoresponder btw-Aweber. now all i need is to drive traffic to it, but i don't know if my squeeze page converts good. Also, just want to ask you guys about PPC on Google Adwords, as all of you probably aware, that empower network and DotComSecrets have the highest conversions and the bill is monthly recurring for affiliates, so how come no one is actually advertising it on Google? i search keywords like 'make money online from home' and those two websites never appeared.

personally if you don't have much experience i would stick to solo ads

they really are quite easy compared to all the stuff you have to think about for ppc

you just need a squeeze page, free offer, low priced product or affiliate offer and some email follow ups in place and you are good to go

if you want to give a test run for your squeeze page for FREE, then you should try GotSafeList. You can get a lot of free traffic from it. I tried it, I made sales from it too... which is great!!

I tried paid solo ads and I haven't made any sales... weird...

What I am trying to say is that, you can try how strong your squeeze page is with gotsafelist.

    Hope this helps.

Marketing is a game of testing, testing and more testing. You never know what works until you try it. The question should be " do I want to learn the basics of marketing strategies before I start testing" or "do I want to put my money on the table and see what works even though I don't have a clue as to what I'm doing?" My advice would be to learn what you need to know. There are many factors in conversions. First of all is the solo ad traffic really targeted for your niche. Secondly is the squeeze page optimized and persuasive enough to convert that traffic to leads. Thirdly is the sales page going to do its job and make the sales you would hope for and lastly, does your auto responder series close those who didn't buy on first exposure.

So many pieces to marketing and they all need to be tweaked and tested over time until you have a winning campaign. Hope this helps.

Before doing anything, grab some split testing software..... You can find it for a few bucks... This investment will quickly pay for itself....

    Next, create two squeeze pages....

    Send traffic....

    See which squeeze page converts......

If you don't have money for traffic, I'd start off digging around this forum on how to generate traffic via YouTube......

Even for a beginner, I would go with PPC.

The only real downside to PPC is that it takes a little initial effort to understand the AdWords interface.

But it's easier than it looks: you basically write your ad, set your bid, and choose your keywords. It's not "rocket science."

Why is PPC the best choice?

    Well, there are several reasons:

    1) You can spend as much (or as little) as you want. PPC lets you do a $5 test. I'm not aware of any $5 solo ads. A solo ad is either going to work -- or, more likely -- it won't. So PPC is actually less risky.

    2) PPC makes it easy to split test 2 or more ads against each other. Once you have a strong ad, you can start spending more. Will your solo ad vendor test 2 or more ads for you?

    3) PPC is immediate. You can do it on YOUR schedule. With solo ads, you have to wait for someone else to send out your ad.

    4) You don't have to worry about fraud. With PPC, you can see EXACTLY how many clicks you got. All your stats are right in front of you in real time. Depending on the solo ad vendor, you may (or may not) get what you were promised.

    5) PPC is HIGHLY TARGETED. But solo ads are targeted too, right? Who says? What do you really know about the quality of the vendor's list? The truth... you don't.

    One final note...

WARNING: With PPC, ALWAYS set a spending cap! Otherwise you could inadvertently overspend.

    Best,

    John

Before you buy a solo (which is a great resource) try using safelists. Not to build your list but to test the subject line. Send out 1000 mailings and see your response. Send out another 1000 with another subject line.

It's a fairly inexpensive way to test. Some are even free.

Once you find a winner go purchase some solo ads with confidence. This will save you a lot of money in the long run. Of course you need an excellent sales funnel to succeed.

Solo ads are an excellent investment.
However you need to have the right person to work with.
The Warrior Forum is an excellent place to get quality solo ads.
You should expect to pay around $0.75 USD for clicks from a quality,
solo ad vendor. Free traffic methods are ok, but usually don't perform very well
and get you list full of tire kickers and freebie seekers. Solo ads will bring you
a better ROI. Sorry to hear you got burned for $2,000.
may I ask how that happened ?

    yours truly,
