Easiest way to make squeeze pages for newbies?

I'm trying to come up with a list of the popular products people are using to easily create landing pages, squeeze pages, and that type of thing. I've been doing it for awhile and so I code up everything by hand these days, but what are "newbies" using these days? I've heard of the following, which I think are all based on wordpress?

optimizepress
instabuilder
10minutepages

what other ones are popular that people are using??

Lead Rocket is the wordpress plugin that gives you a picture background made popular at the end of last year.

Some newbies opt for MLSP. It has the capture pages as well as freebies to give to new leads. I have never personally used it but there a lot that do.

There are a handful of known freebies out there but I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for" when it comes to design & development, squeeze pages, etc... I've always used OptimizePress.

It's been years since I've looked but I'm sure Google can give you better results than I can. However, simple squeeze page generators, plugins, etc are everywhere. I even have one installed on my site for our subscribers who don't yet have a budget for OptimizePress and the like: Wizard

OptimizePress and almost any big name autoresponder

These guys will have a Drag n Drop type of landing page builder and if you're just starting out and do not want to pay someone to do it for you, they're great to use. I've used some myself.

Who are "these guys"? Are you suggesting that the new version of OptimizePress will be "drag and drop" similar to other products now on the market such as 10 minute pages?

"These guys" are major autoresponder companies. I'm pretty sure all the big names have a 'Drag n Drop' type of landing page builder usually in their "Web Form" section. I know for a fact Aweber, getResponse and iContact have them.

Aside from that there are a vast number of places that offer quick set ups for landing pages. Far too many to name here, but here's a few -

        InstaPage
        PageWiz
        Skrawlr

The GetResponse landing page generator features a drag and drop editor as does our email creator (editor).

If you have specific questions about it, you can drop me a PM or drop by our learning center and ask away.

        Regards,

I am using Lead Rocket Pro (a wordpress plugin) and I'm very pleased by the product. It's easy to setup and it looks great.

But I also use OptimizePress. This one is a bit more expensive but it's much more customizable.

For a newbie I would recommend using wordpress and Lead Rocket Pro.
