Where to get Paid IM Traffic?

I am familiar with ppc, ppv, and other paid traffic methods. I am looking to find the best and cheapest traffic to purchase to promote a Internet Marketing product to the IM Niche?

The reason I want IM type traffic is this program is very specific and not for just anyone, they have to know something about IM or MMO and at least what a blog is and know what niche marketing is...

Any suggestions?

    You can try with paid banner ads here in the forum? I personally haven't tried them, but I see a lot of other warriors using them with success. You can get details here: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...d-details.html

    solo ads to IM niche lists and PPC .. these two are the most targeted traffic

        I tried both ppv and solo ads for a niche product.

        PPV is indeed a targeted traffic source but I think that it won't work so well for IM. People interested in this niche won't have a bunch of toolbars and other stuff serving them ppv popups.

        Solo ads is most likely the way to go. It is targeted and you can get your product to interested people. It is quite expensive so calculate your ROI before you purchase.

        Anyway this is only my opinion based on my experience.

          What's the basis for this comment?

          I don't mean to be overly critical, but it seems to me that this sort of assertion requires testing. I can imagine that plenty of budding IMers are also gamers, possibly making Traffic Vance a good choice for this niche.

          I don't know this for a fact, and I won't unless I test it.

          I have done testing with solo ads. Results vary from one vendor to the next, but it is certainly a good way to get targeted traffic quickly. I find it difficult to get quality leads this way, but hey its fast!

      Though there;s also another ways for targeted IM traffic, like buying targeted traffic that offer by a niche / category traffic (e.g IM, healt, sport, etc)

    Well thanks for input guys keep them coming. I have not really tested Solo Ads I have been hearing that list are getting weak because of swaps... I will look into that also don't know if WF would be good for me, because I am trying a new angle on Affiliate marketing so not sure if good without a product.

    You need to also consider the QUALITY of your traffic. There are plenty of sites, forums and social media sites that can bring over a slew of traffic, but unless those people are buying your products or service, it can be a lot of work with very little reward. Make sure you are carefully targeting your traffic and measure your results. Don't just measure how many people came over; measure how many people completed goals. If you use Google Analytics you can set up goals on your site so you can see exactly what traffic is "good" traffic.
