Does anyone have any suggestions for where to sell software?

I am not talking about individual units I am talking about the entire kit and kaboodle with code, sales copy, and everything.

I know Flippa.com is one possibility, but is there any other suggestions out there?

Thanks in Advance,

Justin

Why not find a company who would be a good fit for your software, and then just go pitch them.

For instance, if you're selling SEO software, ask the guys at seomoz if they'd like to buy it...etc. If you're selling recipe software, contact allrecipes.com and see if they're interested...

Business broker who specializes in that market. You talk to a few, it'll be
obvious who's interested and who has the buyers. If you have sales
numbers you can back up, you should be able to find a buyer.

We've had some of the best luck selling complete new software solutions to existing happy customers who are already using one of our software products. We built the software itself, and then the customers sold the individual units.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Check out the brokers at flippingenterprises - they've taken good care of me so far.

Or sell it yourself on sites like bizbuysell or bizquest.

Bizquest has a 30 day return refund, so it's worth a shot I'd say!

Amazing what you can buy at these two sites.

Just spent a bit of time looking around them.

This is not my affiliate link and I am not endorsing this product or this method at all,
but the method might give you some ideas for selling your software as a business
with private label rights, or sell master rights and they could market with private label rights, like this way:
    The $25k Firesale

You could also set it up so buyers could tweak the code as needed since they own rights.

    Just a thought.

If you like, you can put your software on affiliate marketing website.

Try selling the rights to your existing buyers. It worked for me a couple of times.
