PayDotCom and PayPal problem

I use PayDotCom for my product already 2-3 without any problems.
Sales are ok and refund is about 6%.
Today I started to have sales in PayPal but they are not appear in PayDotCom.
I had few emails from costumers and they say that payment is done but they receive an error email probably because the can not be redirected to my "thank you" page.

If someone has or had the same experience please post.
I guess it is some miscommunication between PayPal and PDC.
Also since I have only one affiliate who actually make some sales DO I really need PDC?

Apparently Paypal is having some technical difficulties.

I got this on my W+ page today:

ALERT: Paypal is currently experiencing issues with their IPN system, which is affecting WSO Pro Standard listings. Sales will still go through, but deliveries will not occur until this issue is resolved. No action is required. Follow Paypal updates about this issue here
