Google Analytics problem

Anyone ever have a problem with GA showing around 99% of your hits as "direct".

It's one of my new Joomla sites. I created it a couple of months ago and it's creeped up to 80 hits a day now so i'm about to work on it more but i've noticied it's all "Direct" so i'm not sure if it's legit or it's picking up spiders or something.

I think they are real hits but i just wish i knew what was going on. It's showing a normal new site bounce rate of about 70% and about 1 minute average time on site so i think that mgiht indicate it's real people using the site.

Any ideas?

    yeah, I've had that problem, but it was with analytics displaying my PPC clicks as direct. Turned out it was something to do with importing cost data, so try looking at your settings

    Check again analytics.. because i have lot of joomla sites are running right now. but not got any single problem like you have... if you are getting more problem with analytics than i suggest you to go with statcounter.
    or try to create new profile in google analytics and implement new code into your website.

      It's only a problem with one of my sites, none of the others have this problem strangely. Thanks jhar i'll try settings and report back.
