Why??? Why this? I really don't understand!

Hi all warrior guys!

There are many days that I do this question:

>>> Why all internet marketers monetizing their list MAINLY selling solo ads???

Everyone sells solos. There is not a day that does not sell solos!!

But... why this???

Perhaps here, the only real business is to sell their solos?

The sale of products ... where is?

Maybe they earn a lot more by selling solos, rather than selling products (own or in affiliate marketing)?

I tried to this question directly to many "internet marketers", but very cleverly avoided it.... They told me that if I wanted an answer, I had to buy a coaching $ 750/hour.

Perhaps because it is the only thing that they are able to sell!

I honestly do not understand. People write me to tell thath they want to build their own list, just because then after that they sell solos.

But maybe you will not earn more by selling products?

Maybe the problem is just that.

The internet marketing business has been transformed into the solo ads business!

If they all sell solos, members are diluted in hundreds of different lists... it is obvious that the only way to monetize this kind of subscribers, is to sell solos!

Maybe I'm wrong? If I'm not mistaken ... because no one mentions this?

Sooner or later, as a business, it dies... short-lived!

I'm here to confront all of you, please ... help me guys.

Thanks.

    Yeah, you are wrong.

Not all IM's monetize by selling solo ads. It's probably just all the marketers whose lists you are on.

      Hey Jill,

just go on Safe Swpas website and see how many hundreds of internet marketers (even BIG names) are scrambling to sell solo ads...

90% sell solos to monetize own list, and I can not understand why!

For example, how do you monetize your list?

      Thank you very much.

It's simply another strategy for making money. That's it. The truth is though, most people who build lists to sell solo ads are just focused on numbers. Their lists are not carefully created and there's little to no relationship building whatsoever. It's not short lived as you say, because they will just keep building. Sure, their unsubscribe rate will be far higher than other marketers lists, but it makes no difference, they will just keep building massive lists with crappy methods.

I find solo ads to be very costly for the quality you get, which is shit to be honest. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The lists I'm on don't sell solos. I rather suspect that many email marketers who have dead or useless lists sell solos. I'm sure (maybe) there may be some good solos around, but they're probably a lot pickier about who can buy a solo and the type of offer that can be sent. If these solo ad sellers just send out ad after ad and don't provide any value to their lists, it's probably a pretty useless list.

      I share your same idea.

In my opinion, the people who sell solos, simply can not monetize their subscribers, so for them the only way to make money is to sell clicks, making enroll their subscribers to other FREE proposal.

Some even allow you to send PAY offers!

      This further confirms my idea.

So ... those who sell solos ... have not understood anything about internet marketing?

How much are really useful solo ads?

If you build a list of the solos, you'll probably be forced to sell solos!

      What do you think guys?

Jill Carpenter, Nightengale (Michelle), and sbucciarel (Suzanne) have already answered your question, but I do not think you understand what they said because it seems your comprehension of English is too minimal for the explanations. I may be wrong.

Go back and read their explanations real good before you post the same questions again. Slow down and if you have someone available that can help you with the english - ask them to help you.

Otherwise it may appear to some people here that you are just fishing for information to profit from.. WSO? Blog?

    No no no Jeffery...

I'm just trying to get more opinions, that's all.

    Here no one is God.

Everyone has their own opinion only.

I would be happy to collect as much as possible, to get a truthful and realistic idea.

    Thanks.

There are some people who sell solos even though they are getting many new subscribers. Most of the time, these lists have 1000's of people and they were already used a lot so the list owner just uses it for solo ads.

I never used my list for solos and it is going to stay that way.

Maybe the solo sellers monetize a portion of its list that now has been squeezed?

There are usually two lists: the buyer list and the freebie list.
I am sure that those offering solo ads are running the freebie list.
It is a number game for them. For 100 clicks, probably they have to run the ads to 2000-3000 subscribers.
Solo ads are sure money made. No obligation for sale.

They will not run their buyer list for you. The money is in this list!!

It is a washing game. The list will go through rounds and rounds of swaps with the actual buyers being filtered out to the buyer list

In this context, "advertising" via solo ads IS just a product, like an ebook or piece of software. The solo ad sellers are simply selling 'clicks', and their lists are their 'click factories'.

So many marketers are after "massive traffic" and "massive lists" that they'll pay handsomely to obtain their desires, not realizing that there's more to making a profit than that. So they are easy, eager customers for the solo ad sellers.

I have never bought or sold a solo ad, and I don't see that changing any time soon. But if you take the emotional reaction out of the equation, you'll see that it's just another business model.

OP, asking why so many people are selling solo ads on a site like SafeSwaps is like going to a farmer's market and wondering why everybody there seems to be selling food.

I believe that this is the most realistic vision.

P.S. I was not saying that on Safe Swaps all are sellingsolos, it is obvious... I just wanted to say that even the BIG names of internet marketing are on safe swaps, to sell daily solo ads.

Now everything is clear. Solo ads are a large part of their income.

      Thanks a lot guys.

I never sell solos. I consider it a very low quality business model to build up a list solely to sell solo ads, but some people do it.
