Where and how do I sell my web forum?

INTERNET MARKETING

I've built a web forum which now has over 1000 visitors and growing fairly quickly.

I don't have time to handle it so I will try to sell it but I have no idea how to go about.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how/where I should try to sell it.
Also do you have any idea of a ballpark figure of how much it could be worth?
