3d Step Modeling info

Guys,

I´m a bit out of the water with this and i would like to know if someone can give me a tip.

I need to open a Kiosk in a Shopping Center and the shopping request a 3D step modeling with the inclusion of the good i will sell , so they understand if the layout is adequate for this.

I believe this should be in 3D, so what kind of professional can do this? a Photoshop expert? or there is a different skill required? Normally how much this kind of personal wich charge per hour or project? So i can have a litlle idea if i am going to spend a couple of bucks, a few hundreds or even thousands?

    They want an actual 3d model?

    Or just a 3d architectural rendering?

    Typically these sorts of places just want a perspective architectural rendering. Which can be done with 3d software or just pen.

    I used to do both.

    Once you have the specifics of your job, you can get someone to do it on odesk.

      Sorry for my ignorance, but what is the difference between the 3d model and the 3d architectural rendering.

      Basically it needs to have the Shop in 3d (small kiosk) and all the goods i have, and where in the shop i will put them. So i have all the data from the sizes of the shop to the products and also where i want them to be.

      What should i require?
