You do not have to be a guru...

There is a good thread going today about where have the gurus gone, or something along that line.

This got me thinking what about myself and most of you. You do not have to be a guru to get a lot from Internet marketing.

After 2 heart attacks and 4 cardiac arrests before I was 40 I just wanted to quit my outside sales jobs and stay home and work for myself. It took me 4 years to reach that goal part time. I have now been full time working for myself online since 2006.

No heart attacks now for several years. Thank You Internet marketing and thank you Warrior Forum where I learned a lot from gurus like Allen Says, Stone Evans, Willie Crawford, Bryan Kumar, John Reese and others.

I will never be a guru because that has never been my goal. I suspect most of you here are the same way, but if that is not your goal either then just be the best Internet marketer you can be and be happy with that!

    Sorry to hear about you heart problems, but am glad internet marketing played a role in relieving alot of that stress off your heart. This is as good a success story as any

    The real gurus are not the ones that sought to obtain the title, but the ones who were proclaimed gurus by their audience for the wisdom shared.

    I think it is not that gurus are disappearing. I don't think that is possible, but I do think the definition, title, and position of guru is being redefined.

    While you may never personally consider yourself to be a guru, it is possible for you to be held as one anyway in the minds of those who appreciate the value you bring to the online community.
