Question about selling my websites... Flippa or...

One of the things I am curious about is the outlying network connected to the site you want to flip. If I go and build the site... then connect a FaceBook page and Twitter account, a Google+ and YouTube account and Pinterest

If I configure all that to go along with the flip sale is that good??

I'm sorry I don't understand your questions. Bellow is how I sell my sites

Try the forums first then if you dont sell it try Flippa. I've never had much luck with Flippa. Theirs way too many free alternatives that are way more effective

    I use

    namepros.com

webhostingtalk.com (post in section "Other Offers And Requests")

    forums.digitalpoint.com

    warriorforum.com but I think they charge $20

I usually add all those things (ie social media accounts) to the sale...anything you can do to add value to the sale is a benefit.

What are the most prized ways people want to see revenue? Adsense? Product sales?

I mean could I go buy a domain name and set up a product for sale and sell a few copies as proof and that would fetch a decent price?

I don't think the form of income is all that important...people want to see real results, ie certified earnings. That's easy with adsense, you can just show them an adsense report. It might be a little harder with product sales...but as long as you can sufficiently prove your income...it really doesn't matter *where* that income comes from.

That being said, people like to buy sites that are as "auto-pilot" as possible. So keep that in mind...

    Of course!

Doing everything you can to add value, it will definitely help. But you also have to consider the kind of people you're selling to and the business you're in.
