What ever you feel comfortable with, if you feel you can code the html, than stick with that. If you want an easier solution than WP is the way to go.

I would have to outsource the job either way, so maybe I should convert to WP that way things will be easier in the future? thanks for your input.

Would be cheaper and alot easier for you to manage without outsourcing everytime you need updates or changes.

Unless you're really adept at html, Wordpress makes things so much simpler. There are a few great solutions for creating membership sites in WP. http://www.optimizepress.com/ for one.

I have had good luck with WordPress and S2Member for the membership side of things. Easy to set up and they have both Free and Paid versions.

Go with Wordpress - there are plugins for just about everything you want to do, and tons of developers who can make something custom. Much easier to organize everything, tons of community support, and chances are your users are already familiar with it.

I'd highly recommend Wordpress with S2 Member. It makes things so much easier.

If you'd prefer a PHP script, go with AMember but it will cost you more.
