Illegal leading to Ban???

Hi,

I just want some feedback here in WF to see if the below is legit or illegal leading to Ban in Aweber and blacklisted:

My previous engagement as IT consultant which enables me to acquired substantial list of email addresses - mainly people in the IT and Finance industry who are often under value, stressed and managed by superior with poor management skills therefore highly stressed.

I have a Lab (i.e., email servers with registered email domain) which I used to sent out email personally.

My plan is to use - Mail Merge in Microsoft Word in conjunction of my E-mail list (saved in MS Excel) to send out my email marketing - just some bullet points about managing stress or time management etc.,. In my email marketing I will include the link to my 'Squeeze Page". Once the receipients click on the URL link it would lead them to my Landing Page, in there they will have the option to Optin or not.

I got no list at the moment in my AWeber account.

Is what I'm about to do could lead to banning me from AWeber?
