How can I get clients for my Virtual Assistant Work?

I have been to internet marketing for the past 5 years. Luckily I have made some good amount of money. But due to so much competition today my CPA campaigned are not earning that much. So I am planning to open another online business which is outsourcing.

My qualifications are:
1. I have knowledge on SEO. Not an expert and not a newbie either.
2. Video promotions is my forte. Video creation and uploading are my main jobs.
A. I know how to use After Effects.
B. I know how to use Camtasia.
3. I have the following tools:
A. Scrapebox
B. Proxies Scraper
C. Xsite Pro
D. Proshow Gold
4. I know how to set up a blog. Like Wordpress.
5. I leave in the Philippines.
6. I have 1 assistant to work with.
7. I have 4 PC's at the office.
8. A 1 mbps internet connections.

Those are my qualifications. From those qualifications can you please tell me what work should I apply with and what company. I can also accept some part time jobs and maybe offer some trial works for my clients. I am starting from scratch so I have no idea on where to start. I have no idea on where to look for available works for my qualifications.

Should I offer my services to Odesk? Elance perhaps?
