The Age of Domain matters, though search engines do not favor older and established sites with no recently updated content, it is better to have the content separated and have a different domain (preferably with the keywords in it) for different niches. What's your thoughts on this?

    Hi,

From my experience, aged domains can have a very good impact on your rankings. Why not add new fresh content to that site instead of starting a new one?

I'm sure that when your site will "come alive", your rankings will improve, and if not, then you can always buy a new domain and start again

    Good luck,

    Danit

I agree to this. Google is very strict and all websites who don't have fresh content has the possibility to have lower rankings.
