A recipe for affiliate success in 7 days or less

I just came across this blog posting from one of our fellow warriors (Chris). It is an OUTSTANDING blog post that focuses on the important steps any affiliate needs to take.

For product owners like me, I'd be thrilled to have people do exactly what is described. AND, for people who have read "the four hour work week", you might consider investing a few hundred bucks to hire someone to do all of this just as Chris suggests in his post.

Honestly I'm just plugging this post because it is SOLID. You should all read it.

Great post. Chris Rempel knows what he's talking about when it comes to marketing. He is one of the few marketers I continually follow.

This is a simple, straightforward approach to getting started, there really is no excuse.

But as always, some people will over complicate the process in there heads, and not take action.

Thank you for this post. I've printed it out and WILL follow it, starting today. The only difficult part is the creation of the website. I've tried Wordpress and failed. Could Hubpages, Ezine and Squidoo work in combination with an autoresponder?

      Hi Vikuna:

Hope all is well. You did not fail at anything. Making the effort counts. We are often feed negativity such as if 100 people race only the first one to the finish line succeeded. That is false. Deciding to race, training for it, and finishing made all winners.

You may stumble but you didn't fall. Keep at it!

How can you "fail" at wordpress? Maybe you did not get the result you wanted, but that just means you didn't get to your end destination. You DID get closer, you just don't realize it yet. You are telling yourself the wrong thing. Tell yourself you partly succeeded. Figure out what went wrong and do it AGAIN.

Wordpress is as easy as pie. One-click install, pick a theme, GO.

Why not host your domain at wordpress? It's much easier.

I enjoyed reading that while I'm not really that into affiliate marketing he did make some really good points about people not following through with their projects. Anyone can be successful they just need to keep working at it!!!!

That's an absolutely killer article about both how to think, and what to do.

I'd like to see it added to the "newbies start here" thread.

    Regards,
    Allen
