I look for JVZoo, but I have some issue.

Hi everybody,

I consider JVZoo for my next product. I use ClickBank once, so I'm more familiar with the ClickBank process.

First, I asking my self how the refund process work? If I refund a costumer, I still pay the affiliate commission?

Second, as you see, english is not my first language. I'm a french canadian.

So, like Clickbank work, I don't need to think about tax things. Is it the same for JVZoo? Or I need to take care of tax?

Thank you Warrior guys!

You very helping me right now, product launch is much work then I thought.

Matt

If you issue a refund the buyer the commission paid should automatically be deducted from the affiliate's PayPal account.

When using ClickBank there is a unique situation where ClickBank is the retailer and responsible for any sales taxes. With JVZoo you are the retailer and responsible for payment of any sales tax. Your income tax obligation is the same. There may be additional tax issues in Canada I am not aware of, and I have not attempted to look at that issue.
