I guess this is a dumb question but I cannot find this dumb question in Clickbank.

How do you track your own product in clickbank?

Can I just use my domain name like this:
www.mydomainname.com/?tid=1234

Or I have to use a hoplink like:
publisher.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=1234

Any help?

You want the advantage of TID tracking without needing to use a hoplink, is that right?
    Yup, you are right.

when you link direct to your site, vs using the hoplnk, CB never has a chance to "do it's thing" because it's being bypassed.

BUT - you could take that tid and simply stuff your own cookie..

ps - you would want to append that tid to your hoplink when you "stuff it"

ClickBank cannot provide tracking stats for visitors who
      arrive directly at your site.

So you would need to use a hoplink with a tracking id
      using your own affiliate id
      Format: http: //AFFILIATE.VENDOR.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=zzzzz

Note however that if you use the same id for both then ClickBank
does not recognise it as an affiliate sale
i.e the order form shows [affiliate=none] or it will use
      the previous affiliate cookie.

So you would need to open another (affiliate) account to
      enable such tracking.

OK, so that means I can use it like:
    http: //myuserid.myuserid.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=12345

    The TID will be registered?

    Yes..

But why would you be doing that unless you are your own affiliate

And like Harvey said it will show none unless you have another CB account.

Then it would be like so:

    http: //myuserid2.myuserid.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=12345
